What is a RWRFC Webinar and how does it work?

A RWRFC Webinar uses an online platform to put you in touch with a thon fundraising expert and other interested participants. Upon registration, registrants will receive an email notification with a link to click on the appointed day and time (a regular phone number in the United States will also be provided if your computer does not have audio speakers).

Callers are muted during webinar presentations to maximize audio quality (in other words to avoid hearing barking dogs, sirens, potato chip bags crinkling, side conversations and the like.) We encourage participants to email questions for the speaker to info [at] runwalkride.com. Participants may also type questions into the webinar dashboard after logging in.

Instructions on accessing a recording will be sent to registrants within a few days of the live session.

Note: The cost to call into the webinar is your long distance provider’s standard long distance charge.

How do I register for a RWRFC Webinar?

WITH A CREDIT CARD: Simply follow the registration instructions incorporated into each webinar listing to register online with a credit card.

BY CHECK: The RWRFC must receive your check and registration information by mail at least two working days prior to the webinar. Send your check made out to CMFI along with your

What if I lose my confirmation email with the webinar email address?

Don’t worry. We'll be sending reminders so if you misplace the initial email, you will receive a reminder an hour before the scheduled webinar time. Alternatively, up to one hour prior to the webinar, contact RWRFC via email at info [at] runwalkride.com or by phone at (914) 921-3914. Give us your name, email address, the webinar you’ve registered for and a phone number where you can be reached and we’ll send you the required information.

How do I withdraw from a RWRFC Webinar?

You can withdraw and receive a 100% refund up to 1 week prior to the scheduled date by sending us an email with your cancellation details. If you need to cancel with less than a week to go, you have the option of receiving a 100% credit toward a future RWRFC webinar or a 50% refund.

Can I audiotape a RWRFC Webinars?

No. RWRFC Webinars are the intellectual property of Cause Marketing Forum, Inc.

I live in a country other than the United States. Can I participate in a RWRFC Webinar?

Yes, our webinars are open to everyone. Using the web link option will eliminate the cost of a long-distance phone call. If you do need to use the dial-in option, the ever-decreasing cost of international long distance service should make them affordable to people from all over the globe. Our webinars are conducted in English.
