2011 Substitution and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by February 5, 2011 will be refunded in full less a $150 administrative fee. Cancellations received in writing between February 6, 2011 and February 19, 20111 will receive a conference CD and a 50% refund. Cancellations received after February 19, 2011 will receive a conference CD, but no cash refund. Registrations may be transferred by notifying us in writing until February 28, 2011. If a registered attendee does not cancel and fails to attend the conference, this will be treated as a cancellation. All speakers are subject to change.
In the event that CMFI postpones an event, registration payments at the date of postponement will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the registrant is unable to attend on the rescheduled date, the registrant will receive a 100% credit towards a future CMFI event good for up to two years from date of issuance. CMFI is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation or postponement of an event.
CMFI shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous act, Act of God, unforeseen circumstance or any other event that renders performance of this conference impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency.
